A Big 4 Australian bank manages hundreds of vendor contracts across technology, software, and services - each containing complex obligations that need to be tracked, fulfilled, and reported on. With no single source of truth, obligations were buried in dense contract language, manually tracked across disconnected systems, and difficult to locate or act on at scale. We designed and built an AI-powered contract obligations tool that uses Watson Discovery to automatically extract and surface obligations from uploaded contracts - giving teams visibility into what they're accountable for, who owns it, and when it's due.
