A planning and forecasting tool built in IBM Planning Analytics Workspace for a leading financial services client, designed to replace a fragmented Excel-based budgeting process with a single source of truth. Mid-fi UX wireframes were validated through continuous user testing with finance analysts, project managers, and resource managers - consolidating conflicting spreadsheet versions into one real-time environment and eliminating the manual overhead of each budget cycle.
